The City Walk RTM campaign is being professionally coordinated by HAUS Block Management, one of the UK's leading specialists in Right to Manage.

HAUS has been appointed by the founding directors to guide the RTM Companies through the statutory Right to Manage process, providing professional advice, administration and project management from incorporation through to acquisition.

HAUS is undertaking this work on a no win, no fee basis. If the RTM claim is unsuccessful, the RTM Companies will not be charged for these services.

The RTM Companies remain independent organisations led by leaseholders. HAUS's role is to support the directors, manage the legal process and help ensure the campaign is conducted efficiently and professionally.
